Key responsibilities

• Act as a key procurement partner for critical capital investments and related indirect spend across the organization.
• Design and implement sourcing strategies for selected categories aligned with business priorities.
• Lead supplier selection, strategic sourcing initiatives, contract negotiations and commercial discussions.
• Build productive supplier partnerships that drive performance, innovation, value creation and risk management.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, finance and procurement stakeholders to deliver strategic projects.
• Promote procurement best practices, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across the organization.

Required profile

• Experience in procurement of technical goods and services within a manufacturing environment, preferably chemical industry.
• Background in strategic sourcing, category management, procurement transformation or related field.
• Hands‑on mentality for identifying and executing improvement opportunities.
• Expertise in change management, negotiation, stakeholder management and influencing.
• Business acumen to balance cost, risk, sustainability and supplier performance.
• Fluency in English and German (French a plus) and a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s advantageous).
