Senior Manager - Supply Chain Procurement, PMO

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager to lead supply chain procurement initiatives within its MedTech Surgery Business Unit in Zug, Switzerland. The role focuses on continuous‑improvement projects that reduce direct material costs and overall product cost of goods sold.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end source cost improvement program in partnership with supply‑chain procurement and cross‑functional teams.
• Design and deploy value‑creation strategies such as dual‑sourcing, supplier‑network optimization, and localization.
• Drive portfolio management by shifting from functional to enterprise‑wide perspectives, accelerating value creation and resource efficiency.
• Lead ideation processes and maintain a pipeline of short‑, mid‑, and long‑term improvement initiatives.
• Refresh and uphold program governance, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in supply‑chain procurement, preferably within MedTech or healthcare manufacturing.
• Strong track record of leading continuous‑improvement projects and delivering cost‑reduction outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across internal functions and external partners.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on end‑to‑end value creation.
