Senior Manager, VCEx Innovation & Digital Intelligence

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager to lead digital innovation within the Value Chain Excellence organization of Innovative Medicine Supply Chain. The hybrid role will be based in Zug, Switzerland, and will drive digital strategy, product delivery, and adoption across the end‑to‑end supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the digital value‑chain strategy, roadmap, and product vision, ensuring alignment with business priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Lead the development and deployment of Digital Twin, simulation, and scenario‑modeling capabilities to support supply‑chain design, network optimization, and strategic planning.
• Partner with Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, Digital & Technology, and Data Science teams to identify opportunities, define requirements, and implement data‑driven decision‑support tools.
• Establish performance metrics, governance processes, and agile product‑management practices to monitor results, drive continuous improvement, and ensure sustainable business impact.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in supply‑chain, operations, digital, analytics or related functions, with a proven track record of leading digital products or transformation initiatives in a complex matrixed environment.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end supply‑chain processes (planning, manufacturing, distribution, network design) and ability to translate business challenges into scalable digital solutions.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams, influencing decision‑making across multiple organizational levels, and driving user adoption.
• Excellent communication skills in English and willingness to travel up to 15% internationally.
