Senior Manager, VCEx Innovation & Digital Intelligence

About the role

The Senior Manager, VCEx Innovation & Digital Intelligence leads the strategy, development and deployment of digital capabilities that support end‑to‑end supply chain, design, performance management and decision‑making within Johnson & Johnson’s Innovative Medicine Supply Chain.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the digital value‑chain strategy, product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and measurable value.
• Lead the development and deployment of Digital Twin, simulation and scenario‑modeling solutions to support supply‑chain design, network optimization and strategic planning.
• Integrate analytical and decision‑support tools into core value‑chain processes, enabling data‑driven evaluation of risks, opportunities and performance trade‑offs.
• Partner with Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, Digital & Technology and Data Science teams to identify opportunities, define requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Drive cross‑functional collaboration, governance, and change‑management activities to accelerate user adoption and capability maturity.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in supply‑chain, operations, digital or analytics functions, preferably in a regulated industry.
• Proven track record leading digital products, business‑transformation initiatives or enterprise capabilities in a complex matrixed environment.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end supply‑chain processes, including planning, manufacturing, distribution and network design.
• Excellent communication, analytical and stakeholder‑management skills, with fluency in English.
