Senior Manager, VCEx Innovation & Digital Intelligence

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager to lead digital innovation within the Value Chain Excellence (VCEx) organization of Innovative Medicine Supply Chain. The hybrid position will be based in Zug, Switzerland, with a minimum of three on‑site days per week.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the digital value‑chain strategy, delivering measurable business value through product roadmaps and governance.
• Lead development and deployment of Digital Twin, simulation, and scenario‑modeling capabilities for supply‑chain design and strategic planning.
• Integrate analytical and decision‑support tools into core value‑chain processes to enable data‑driven evaluation of risks and opportunities.
• Partner with planning, manufacturing, quality, finance, digital & technology, and data‑science teams to identify needs, define requirements, and drive adoption.
• Guide cross‑functional teams and external partners in delivering scalable digital solutions while promoting Agile product‑management practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in supply‑chain, operations, digital, analytics or related functions.
• Proven track record leading digital products or transformation initiatives in a complex, matrixed environment.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end supply‑chain processes, including planning, manufacturing, distribution and network design.
• Excellent communication, analytical and stakeholder‑management skills, with fluency in English.
