Senior Medical Director

About the role

The Senior Medical Director will lead clinical development activities, providing both medical expertise and strategic guidance from study design through regulatory submission and product launch. This role works closely with global teams, CRO partners, and external scientific experts to ensure successful execution of clinical programs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and oversee clinical development plans, protocols, and study conduct.
• Provide medical oversight for CRO partners, addressing queries and ensuring compliance.
• Lead interactions with regulatory agencies, supporting IND/NDA submissions.
• Identify and engage key investigators and manage regional Clinical Advisory Boards.
• Present clinical data at investigator meetings and other scientific forums.
• Oversee vendors to meet regulatory submission timelines.

Required profile

• Medical Doctor degree or a relevant Master’s degree.
• 3‑5 years of experience in clinical development or pharmaceutical medical functions.
• Experience with IND/NDA submissions and regulatory interactions preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
