Senior Paralegal – Corporate Secretarial (Pharma)

About the role

Alpinum Solutions is seeking a Senior Paralegal to support its corporate legal function within the pharmaceutical sector. Based in Geneva, you will work closely with internal teams and external advisors to ensure seamless corporate governance across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage corporate secretarial matters, including board appointments, filings, powers of attorney, signature management and record keeping.
• Coordinate legal administration of corporate transactions such as M&A, incorporations, restructurings and liquidations, ensuring all formalities are completed.
• Maintain document management, compliance monitoring and governance support for the corporate legal function.
• Collaborate with Legal, Tax, Finance and external advisors to align corporate structures with the group’s tax and governance framework.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in a Corporate Secretarial or Paralegal role within an international company or law firm.
• Formal qualification as a Paralegal, Corporate Secretary, Legal Assistant or similar; a full law degree is not required.
• Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceuticals or medical devices is an advantage.
• Familiarity with corporate governance, entity management, corporate housekeeping and cross‑border legal administration.
• Fluency in English and French.
