Key responsibilities

• Identify and convert Swiss onshore prospects into long‑term clients, building multi‑generational relationships.
• Provide trusted strategic advice on investment, risk management, financing and liquidity needs.
• Collaborate with product experts to design tailored solutions that meet client goals and risk tolerance.
• Manage client expectations, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and uphold Citi’s operational standards.
• Lead and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative environment to exceed sales targets.

Required profile

• 15+ years of private banking experience covering the Swiss onshore UHNW market.
• Proven track record in relationship selling and leading client teams.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills at senior internal and external levels.
• Ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to develop innovative solutions.
