About the role
The international organization based in Geneva seeks a Senior Procurement Management Specialist to lead global procurement operations, coordinate supply chain activities, and drive strategic sourcing across multiple programs. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end procurement delivery while enhancing process efficiency and mitigating risks.
Key responsibilities
- Manage procurement and supply‑chain activities across an international portfolio.
- Coordinate end‑to‑end procure‑to‑pay operations and transaction management.
- Support demand and supply planning in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
- Monitor procurement performance, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with finance, legal, risk, and supply‑chain stakeholders.
- Lead process‑improvement, reporting, and operational‑optimization initiatives.
- Ensure strong stakeholder engagement and high‑quality customer service delivery.
Required profile
- Strong experience in procurement, sourcing, and supply‑chain management.
- Proven experience working in international and matrix‑structured organizations.
- Excellent stakeholder coordination and communication abilities.
