Senior Product Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the user experience of Nexthink’s digital employee experience management platform. You will work closely with product managers, developers and customers to create intuitive, aesthetically‑pleasing solutions for complex enterprise applications.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve the user experience for new and existing product capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional agile teams, including developers, product managers and customers.
• Produce wireframes, prototypes and high‑fidelity mock‑ups to communicate design concepts.
• Test early prototypes and released features with customers and users.
• Partner with visual designers to maintain and extend the design system.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in product, UX, interaction or related design roles.
• BSc in design, HCI or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong attention to detail and a user‑first mindset.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.

Required skills

• Expert knowledge of Figma.
• Experience building and maintaining design system components.
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted design tools and workflows (e.g., Figma Make, code↔design features, MCP).
