Senior Product Portfolio Marketing Manager

The Senior Product Portfolio Marketing Manager will lead the commercialization of Intuitive's Multiport portfolio across Europe, covering the da Vinci X, Xi, and da Vinci 5 platforms. This role is responsible for developing and executing portfolio, marketing, and sales strategies that drive adoption, support business growth, and strengthen positioning across diverse customer segments. The manager will oversee lifecycle management of existing platforms while preparing the region for future launches and upgrades, ensuring the right solutions are offered to hospitals and surgical teams. Collaboration with European and Global Marketing, Customer Training, Commercial Learning, Sales, and Operations teams is essential to drive utilization and commercial success across targeted procedures and specialties. Key duties include defining platform positioning, creating go‑to‑market plans for new products and upgrades, translating clinical and economic outcomes into compelling messaging and sales tools, building strategic surgeon relationships, and developing analytical tools to monitor performance and market dynamics. The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, at least seven years of experience in sales or marketing within medical devices or surgical technology, proven ability to launch products and create value propositions, strong analytical and commercial acumen, and excellent communication skills in English. The role is based in Aubonne, Switzerland or Freiburg, Germany, with up to 40% travel.
