Senior Project Manager

About the role

As a Senior Project Manager in Turner & Townsend’s Principal Delivery team, you will own the end‑to‑end delivery of construction and fit‑out projects. You will work within an integrated delivery model, influencing outcomes, driving programme performance and contributing to commercial success.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of construction and fit‑out projects from inception through to handover.
• Manage programme, cost, quality and risk to achieve successful outcomes.
• Coordinate design, procurement and construction activities within an integrated delivery model.
• Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee contractor and supplier performance, driving accountability and high standards.
• Support procurement strategies and engage with supply‑chain partners.
• Identify, mitigate and resolve project risks proactively.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, timelines and budgets.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and standardisation of project delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing construction projects, preferably commercial office fit‑out.
• Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle – design, procurement and construction.
• Demonstrated commercial awareness with budget management and cost control.
• Experience managing contractors and supply‑chain relationships.
• Ability to make decisions and operate effectively in fast‑paced environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Degree in construction, project management or a related discipline.
• Professional accreditation (e.g., RICS, APM) is desirable.
• Fluent in French and English (reading, writing and speaking).
