Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex, cross‑functional Risk & Compliance initiatives at the Group level. You will partner closely with Business Lines, Group entities, and the Group Chief Risk Officer to ensure successful delivery of critical projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple sensitive Risk & Compliance projects across the Group.
• Drive project governance, define roles and responsibilities, and establish clear governance structures.
• Manage budgets, assess risks, design new processes, and ensure high‑quality deliverables.
• Coordinate stakeholder communication, organize training sessions, and align projects with business needs.
• Propose innovative solutions, implement changes, and monitor timelines and milestones.
• Prepare and present regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement new services and tools to improve operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 10 years of project‑management experience, preferably in consulting or strategy.
• Experience in the financial or banking sector is a strong asset.
• Interest in data analytics and business‑intelligence tools.
• Ability to work with AI, machine‑learning, and automation technologies.
• Full professional proficiency in French and English.
• Resident in Switzerland.
