Senior Project Manager

About the role

The Cumming Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead small‑to‑medium construction and development projects worldwide. You will work closely with clients, consultants and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full Project Management Process for assigned projects, from initiation through close‑out.
• Prepare and evaluate tenders, support contractor/consultant selection and draft contract documentation.
• Facilitate risk and value‑management workshops, maintain project risk registers, and support risk mitigation strategies.
• Administer contracts, produce monthly reports, and chair project meetings.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality assurance, and client governance procedures.
• Support senior project managers, contribute to bid and tender preparation, and assist with business development initiatives.
• Mentor and coach junior staff, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering construction or development projects in a client‑facing role.
• Strong ability to communicate with stakeholders, resolve issues and provide innovative delivery solutions.
