Senior Project Manager

About the role

VASS is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex digital projects for major Swiss clients. You will own projects from concept through delivery, working with multidisciplinary Agile teams and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, milestones, budgets and resource plans in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
• Lead project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closure while managing risks, dependencies and changes.
• Act as the senior point of contact for clients, building trust and managing expectations at operational and management levels.
• Facilitate workshops, steering meetings and project reviews with stakeholders.
• Coordinate Agile teams of developers, designers, architects and product specialists to deliver high‑quality digital solutions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of project management experience in a digital agency, software development or consulting environment.
• Proven track record managing complex digital transformation projects for enterprise clients.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills.
• Fluent in German and English (C1‑C2 level).
