Senior Project Manager – Renewable Energies

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of renewable energy projects in Lausanne, Switzerland. The role combines strategic planning, technical coordination and stakeholder management to bring photovoltaic, wind and micro‑grid solutions to the grid.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of renewable energy projects, from feasibility studies to grid integration.
• Support planning and design of photovoltaic installations, especially infrastructure‑integrated PV.
• Develop system solutions and infrastructure for wind farms.
• Manage implementation of smart micro‑grids and self‑consumption communities (RCP / CEL).
• Participate in the expansion of medium and low voltage electrical networks.
• Coordinate all authorization, permitting and regulatory compliance procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of proven experience managing energy infrastructure projects.
• Engineering degree (HES/EPF or equivalent) in electrical, energy, renewable, mechanical or industrial engineering.
• Strong enthusiasm for renewable‑energy initiatives, excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Fluent French with excellent German and English language skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using ERP systems for project management.
