Senior Project Scheduler

About the role

Kanadevia Inova is seeking an experienced Senior Project Scheduler to lead planning and scheduling across the full project lifecycle, from tendering to closeout. You will ensure on‑time delivery while aligning with contractual requirements and supporting the company’s waste‑to‑value initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and integrate engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning schedules into a comprehensive execution plan.
• Monitor schedule performance using Critical Path Method, float management, analytics and digital reporting tools to identify risks and opportunities.
• Provide regular progress reporting, schedule updates, S‑curves, baseline deviation analysis and contractual documentation.
• Collaborate with project teams, customers, suppliers and consortium partners to ensure schedule alignment across all stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement by implementing scheduling standards, work instructions, automation initiatives and onboarding new schedulers while ensuring HSE compliance.

Required profile

• 7+ years of EPC project execution experience, including civil works and plant business.
• Strong technical knowledge combined with analytical thinking, problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
• Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, influence stakeholders and deliver project objectives.
• High level of assertiveness, flexibility, resilience and methodical work style in complex project environments.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Experience with schedule integration to ERP/digital platforms and AI‑enabled planning tools.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in English and German.
