Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

About the role

Join Crypto Finance Group’s QA team in Zurich to ensure the quality and reliability of custom-built order management, infrastructure, and risk management platforms. You will work in a fast‑paced Agile environment, collaborating closely with developers and product owners.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites for UI and API testing.
• Drive continuous improvement of test automation, CI/CD pipelines, test coverage and release processes.
• Execute manual and automated release testing, analyse performance test results and report quality and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with development teams to communicate defects, track resolution progress and ensure product requirements are met.

Required profile

• 5+ years of software quality assurance experience with strong manual and automated testing expertise.
• Hands‑on experience with Python for building test frameworks and utilities.
• Proven ability to work in Agile/Scrum teams and take ownership of quality initiatives.
• Excellent communication, documentation and problem‑solving skills.

• REST API testing with Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI
• CI/CD pipeline integration
• Test management tools (TestRail, Zephyr)
• Debugging, log analysis and root‑cause investigation
