Senior Relationship Manager – Polish Clients

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to lead our private banking and wealth management activities for Polish high‑net‑worth clients in Zurich. The role combines client acquisition, portfolio management and strategic business development.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships and attract new Polish‑market clients with private banking and wealth management needs.
• Maintain and grow an existing client portfolio, ensuring efficient service and wealth‑structuring solutions.
• Provide tailored advice to high‑net‑worth individuals, senior management and support staff.
• Prepare and distribute business reports to investment management teams.
• Monitor and manage risks in line with firm and regulatory standards.
• Stay informed on competition, market trends and client activities in Switzerland and deliver updated market analysis.

Required profile

• Background in private banking or relationship management with experience serving high‑net‑worth individuals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact effectively at all business levels.
• Existing portfolio of Polish‑market clients is a strong advantage.
