Senior Relationship Manager – Private Banking (Swiss Onshore)

About the role

Our client, a well‑established Swiss private banking institution, is expanding its presence in Romandie. The Senior Relationship Manager will lead the development of high‑net‑worth client relationships, leveraging an existing local network to grow assets under management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients.
• Acquire new clients and generate new assets through personal network and business‑development activities.
• Provide advisory services on investment, wealth structuring, financing and succession planning.
• Build long‑term relationships with entrepreneurs, executives, business owners and wealthy families.
• Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver a comprehensive wealth‑management offering.
• Represent the bank within professional and business networks across Romandie.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Swiss private banking or wealth management.
• Existing Swiss‑resident client base and proven track record in client acquisition.
• Strong network in the Romandie region.
• Fluent French and professional English.
• Current portfolio exceeding CHF 30 million AUM (preferred).
• Demonstrated annual net new asset generation.
• Experience with entrepreneurs, company owners, family‑wealth structures, succession planning and family‑office topics.
• Relevant qualification such as CWMA, CFA or equivalent.
