About the role

We are seeking a Senior Rust Engineer to join our high‑performing team in Zürich, working on ultra‑low‑latency trading systems. You will help shape next‑generation trading strategies with performance‑critical software.

Key responsibilities

  • Design and maintain the core architecture of ultra‑low‑latency trading platforms.
  • Optimize existing trading strategies for speed and reliability.
  • Develop new, robust features from the ground up.

Required profile

  • 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Strong commercial experience with Rust or comparable system‑level languages.
  • Passion for building highly optimized, real‑time systems.
  • In‑depth knowledge of Linux.

Required skills

  • Rust (and optionally C++, C, Zig).
  • Linux system programming.
  • Familiarity with AWS services.
  • Understanding of financial derivatives (advantageous).
