Senior Talent & People Partner (German-speaking)

About the role

Rivia is seeking its first People team member to partner with the Head of People. You will own end‑to‑end talent acquisition while gradually expanding into broader People responsibilities such as employee experience, development, performance, culture, and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment across all teams, from role definition and talent mapping to sourcing, interviewing, offers and closing.
• Advise hiring managers on strategy, market realities and candidate quality, while building proactive pipelines and improving ATS workflows.
• Co‑design onboarding, engagement, performance review and career development initiatives with the Head of People.
• Help create scalable People processes, policies and employee‑lifecycle systems from the ground up.
• Partner with managers on pragmatic people decisions and contribute to projects in organizational design, compensation and People analytics.

Required profile

• Professional proficiency in German.
• Strong end‑to‑end talent acquisition experience with a track record of high‑quality hires.
• Ambition to transition into a broader People role and ability to operate in an ambiguous, fast‑moving startup environment.
• Business acumen, confident communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
