Senior Worldwide Inventory Manager – MedTech

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Worldwide Inventory Manager to lead inventory planning for its Surgery business. Based in Raritan, NJ, you will be responsible for delivering accurate inventory plans across multiple global sites and ensuring the right products are available to support innovative medical technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute worldwide inventory plans that align with business demand and supply constraints.
• Manage global inventory data, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with regional supply‑chain teams, manufacturing, and commercial functions to synchronize inventory strategies.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and availability for surgical devices and solutions worldwide.
• Provide insights and reporting to senior leadership on inventory health and risk mitigation.
