Senior/Staff Product Designer for AI‑Powered Sales Platform

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, craft‑driven Senior/Staff Product Designer to shape the future of an AI‑powered sales software platform. You will work closely with the founding team in a remote‑first startup environment, owning end‑to‑end product initiatives from concept through launch.

Key responsibilities

• Define product strategy, visual identity, interaction design and overall user experience.
• Lead design projects end‑to‑end: research, requirements, prototyping, implementation and release.
• Create intuitive user flows, interactive prototypes and high‑fidelity interfaces for new features and improvements.
• Translate complex AI capabilities into simple, transparent experiences for B2B sales professionals.
• Collaborate with engineers, product stakeholders and the founding team to ensure high‑quality implementation.
• Contribute production‑ready code using modern development tools and maintain a scalable design system.

Required profile

• At least 6 years of experience designing software products with shipped outcomes.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product design, visual communication and interaction design.
• Proven ability to lead design initiatives alongside product managers and engineers.
• Experience designing complex B2B SaaS workflows, preferably in sales or productivity tools.
• Comfortable working within a distributed team across GMT‑3 to GMT+3 time zones.

Required skills

• Figma for prototyping and visual design.
• GitHub and familiarity with code‑centric design hand‑off.
• AI‑assisted development tools such as Claude, Codex, Cursor.
• Design system creation and maintenance.
