SEO Manager - iGaming (Fully Remote)

About the role

A fast-growing affiliate company in the iGaming vertical is looking for an SEO Manager, advertised by Meta Hire Group. The role takes end-to-end ownership of SEO execution and performance across a dedicated portfolio of sites and projects, translating strategy into technical, on-page, off-page and content work that drives organic visibility, rankings, conversions and commercial value. You report directly to the Senior SEO Manager and work closely with in-house Content, Design and Development teams. The position is fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Drive SEO performance, roadmap delivery and commercial outcomes across assigned web properties.
• Direct on-page strategy: metadata, internal linking, search intent alignment and content gap closures.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to find scalable growth opportunities.
• Monitor KPIs with Google Search Console, GA4 and Ahrefs, diagnose ranking changes and act on insights.
• Run site audits, define technical requirements for developers and validate fixes after deployment.
• Work with Content on briefs, templates and pre-publish optimisation.
• Evaluate backlink profiles, find link opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Maintain a prioritised SEO backlog and communicate progress and blockers to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, with a track record of managing and scaling multi-site portfolios or large web assets.
• Solid background in iGaming and affiliate marketing.
• Strong data fluency and exceptional written and spoken English.
• Experience with AI-assisted workflows such as Claude Code, vibe coding or prompt-driven automation.

Required skills

• Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs and Screaming Frog.
• On-page and technical SEO, and a practical grasp of off-page strategies.
• Content management systems and basic HTML/CSS editing.
