Service Coordinator (Full-time)

About the role

As a Service Coordinator at ABB you will be the primary point of contact for customers during on‑site service assignments, ensuring activities are carried out in line with ABB and customer requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate on‑site service activities in compliance with legal regulations and contractual requirements.
• Monitor the completion of service visits and ensure all documentation and project records are completed promptly.
• Review and verify service reports for quality assurance and identify any deviations.
• Plan and allocate resources, including Field Service Engineers, to maximise customer service performance and contractual compliance.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Field Service (FSL) with hands‑on experience in service coordination and dispatching.
• Proven experience in service planning, project management and document control.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills with strong attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to service delivery.
• Passion for customer service excellence and continuous process improvement.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
