Service Technician – Industrial Refrigeration

About the role

Join a leading industrial refrigeration team in Switzerland and work on large‑scale projects across Europe. You will be responsible for commissioning, maintaining and servicing a variety of refrigeration and HVAC systems while enjoying a supportive, high‑responsibility environment close to your home.

Key responsibilities

• Commission, maintain, troubleshoot, repair and service industrial refrigeration, HVAC, chilled water and ammonia (NH₃) plants.
• Hand over installed systems to customers, providing operational training, documentation and accessories.
• Advise customers on preventive maintenance, safety regulations and technical improvements.
• Perform modifications and upgrades on existing installations.
• Participate in an on‑call rotation to ensure system availability and excellent customer support.

Required profile

• Completed vocational training in Refrigeration Technology, HVAC, Mechatronics or a related field.
• Proven hands‑on experience with industrial refrigeration, HVAC and chilled water systems, including ammonia refrigeration.
• Strong communication skills, independent and structured working style, and customer‑focused attitude.
• Valid Category B driver’s licence and professional English proficiency (German is a plus).
