Service Technician Industrial Refrigeration (m/f/d)

About the role

This position offers the chance to join a leading industrial refrigeration team in Switzerland, working on large‑scale projects with a high level of responsibility. You will be based in your preferred region, close to your home.

Key responsibilities

• Commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and servicing of industrial refrigeration, HVAC, chilled water and ammonia (NH₃) systems.
• Handing over installed systems to customers, providing operational training, documentation and accessories.
• Advising customers on preventive maintenance, safety regulations and technical improvements.
• Performing modifications and upgrades on existing installations.
• Participating in an on‑call rotation to ensure system availability and excellent customer support.

Required profile

• Completed vocational training in Refrigeration Technology, HVAC, Mechatronics or a related field.
• Proven hands‑on experience in commissioning and servicing industrial refrigeration, HVAC and chilled water systems, including ammonia refrigeration.
• Strong communication skills, independent and structured working style, and customer‑focused attitude.
• Valid Category B driver’s licence and professional English proficiency (German is a plus).
