Service Technician (m/f/d) – Cadenazzo

About the role

Tesla is seeking a Service Technician to join its service operation in Cadenazzo, Switzerland. The role involves delivering high‑quality repairs and maintenance on Tesla vehicles using proprietary software and advanced tools. You will work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment supporting the company’s mission to accelerate sustainable energy.

Key responsibilities

• Perform repairs and routine maintenance on all Tesla vehicle models using Tesla‑specific software and advanced automotive tools.
• Complete repairs efficiently while exceeding quality and productivity expectations, progressing to autonomous handling of common and some complex repairs.
• Inspect vehicles thoroughly before return and pre‑delivery to ensure “right‑first‑time” quality.
• Collaborate with local and regional teams, sharing best practices to continuously improve the service experience.
• Participate in in‑house training programs and share knowledge with colleagues to drive collective skill development.

Required profile

• Professional experience performing vehicle service and repairs in automotive, aviation, marine or similar industries.
• Relevant certification to conduct vehicle repairs in Switzerland and a commitment to self‑manage technical development.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, mornings and evenings, and willingness to travel when required.
• Eligibility to work in Switzerland.
