Social Media Manager (Hospitality)

About the role

Asiacruit is seeking a Social Media Manager to lead the social strategy for hospitality clients. You will shape content, engage communities, and drive direct bookings while collaborating with marketing, creative, operations, and revenue teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Create, curate, and schedule platform‑optimized content including static posts, carousels, short‑form videos, stories, livestreams, and paid media assets.
• Lead community management by responding to comments, moderating conversations, and escalating guest issues.
• Coordinate with creative, video, photography, and copy teams to produce briefs, shot lists, and post‑production requirements.
• Plan and launch social‑first campaigns for product launches, seasonal promotions, events, and partnerships.
• Manage social advertising campaigns with audience targeting, budget pacing, creative testing, and performance optimization.
• Monitor channel performance and ROI using native analytics and third‑party tools, delivering regular reports with actionable insights.
• Maintain brand voice, content standards, and compliance with legal requirements.
• Stay up‑to‑date on platform trends, recommend new formats, influencer collaborations, and experimental content.
• Mentor junior social specialists or interns and contribute to team training.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing social media for hospitality or related brands.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams and external agencies.
• Ability to handle multiple hotel brands and seasonal business cycles.
• Excellent written communication and community‑engagement aptitude.
