Software Developer (all genders welcome)

About the role

We are looking for a Software Developer to join our interdisciplinary team at the Stans site. You will contribute to the rapid implementation of customer‑specific inspection equipment for oil, gas, hydrogen pipelines and storage tanks, working on both desktop and web applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop software solutions using C#, Python and modern web technologies such as React.
• Implement desktop‑based and web‑based applications for inspection systems.
• Contribute to frontend, backend and integration tasks across the full technology stack.
• Automate and optimise development processes with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
• Participate in an agile development team, ensuring performance, usability and scalability of systems.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science or related field, or extensive professional experience.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills with a proactive, independent working style.
• Good verbal and written English; German is a plus.
• Team spirit and commitment to continuous improvement.

Required skills

• C# development.
• Python development.
• React (or similar modern web framework).
• Experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Working knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Understanding of software architecture, APIs and full‑stack development.
