Software Developer (MuleSoft)

About the role

We are looking for a Software Developer to join our team in Bern and help customers build scalable, future‑proof integration architectures using MuleSoft.

Key responsibilities

• Design new solution architectures and analyse existing integration landscapes using an API‑led connectivity approach.
• Develop and implement APIs with MuleSoft Anypoint Studio.
• Evaluate and recommend integration solutions, operating models, and implementation roadmaps.
• Analyse business processes and data flows across systems and organisations.
• Ensure high development quality standards throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective solutions.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience delivering integration projects, preferably with MuleSoft.
• Strong software development background with Java and knowledge of design patterns.
• Familiarity with integration protocols such as REST, SOAP, HTTP and JMS.
• Understanding of API development and enterprise integration concepts.
• Fluent in German and comfortable with French.
