Sourcing Manager – Packaging (EMEA)

About the role

FMC is seeking a Sourcing Manager for Packaging to lead procurement activities across the EMEA region. The role sits within FMC's Global Procurement Group and works closely with manufacturing, supply chain, finance and other stakeholders to deliver sustainable, cost‑effective packaging solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement packaging sourcing strategies for Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
• Lead RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, bid analysis and supplier selection processes.
• Negotiate agreements, manage contract lifecycles and monitor supplier performance.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities through market and spend analysis.
• Partner with internal teams to support business objectives and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Procurement, Operations or related field.
• 5+ years of sourcing/procurement experience in a multinational environment, including 3+ years managing packaging categories.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of packaging materials, manufacturing processes and supply markets.
• Professional proficiency with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
