Staff Fullstack Software Engineer

About the role

Galileo is seeking a Staff Fullstack Software Engineer to lead the design and implementation of its Cyberdigital white‑labeled platform. In this senior position you will act as a technical leader, mentor, and force multiplier, collaborating with product, UX, and backend teams to deliver robust, secure, and maintainable user‑facing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the full development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Automate and improve data exchanges and pipelines between internal and external teams.
• Define project scope, deliverables, and goals in partnership with stakeholders.
• Lead cross‑functional delivery teams and ensure milestones are met.
• Track project performance and communicate health to leadership.
• Conduct process‑improvement initiatives to boost key program metrics.
• Maintain strict adherence to project‑management policies and standards.
• Contribute high‑quality code, define best practices, and uphold coding standards.
