Store Assistant

About the role

The Store Assistant works full‑time on‑site in Thalpe, supporting daily store operations and the client‑facing area. The role focuses on delivering a professional, brand‑aligned experience for every customer who walks through the doors.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers, providing accurate product information.
• Maintain inventory displays, ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Handle point‑of‑sale transactions and support retail sales targets.
• Monitor stock levels, restock shelves, and coordinate inventory replenishment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of store processes and customer service standards.
