Store Design and Planning Project Manager

About the role

As the Store Design and Planning Project Manager, you will act as the architectural hub of Piaget’s global retail network. You will lead the creation and implementation of flagship, boutique and shop‑in‑shop concepts, ensuring every space reflects the brand’s luxury identity while delivering an exceptional client experience. The role involves regular international travel to oversee prestigious projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end design development for Piaget stores, from concept through approval.
• Manage external design specialists such as architects, lighting designers and 3D artists.
• Serve as HQ Design Authority, validating proposals and shop drawings against worldwide design guidelines.
• Support regional teams in tendering, value engineering and construction to protect design intent.
• Drive continuous evolution of retail concepts, standards and technical guidelines.
• Lead strategic flagship projects, coordinating multidisciplinary consultants and reviewing budgets and planning.
• Research and integrate cutting‑edge architectural trends, sustainable solutions and innovative construction methods.
• Foster cross‑functional collaboration with internal Retail, VM, Marketing and external partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Architecture, Interior Architecture or Retail Design.
• At least 7 years dedicated to luxury store design and planning.
• Proven track record delivering flagship retail projects for premium or luxury brands.
• Deep understanding of retail design development, construction detailing and luxury brand standards.
• Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.
