Store Manager - Aubonne

About the role

BOGGI Milano is looking for a Store Manager in Aubonne. The manager leads the team directly on the sales floor, turns the brand's vision and commercial objectives into results, and builds strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the team on the sales floor and drive the achievement of expected sales targets.
• Develop the team through clear feedback, on-the-job coaching, recognition and continuous motivation.
• Welcome and engage clients with a consultative, brand-consistent approach.
• Share the methodology for turning KPI analysis into concrete corrective actions to improve store performance.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience through storytelling, deep product knowledge and a tailored sales approach.
• Manage time and daily priorities, handling unexpected situations with confidence and a continuous improvement mindset.

Required profile

• At least five years of sales experience in the premium fashion/menswear sector.
• At least two years leading a retail team.
• Able to observe, lead, motivate and develop people with confidence and authority, and to lead by example.
• Good command of English and French; other languages are a plus.
