Store Manager – Globus Bern

About the role

We are looking for a Store Manager for our concession in Globus Bern. In this role you will oversee the commercial and operational management of the Maje store, lead a small team, coach and train staff, drive in‑store animation and ensure visual‑merchandising guidelines are respected. You will start with a personalised onboarding during the first week and will have the chance to contribute to the brand’s development through courteous service and innovative projects. The recruitment process includes an initial phone call with a manager or HR and a subsequent interview with the Area Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee commercial and operational management of the store.
• Lead, coach and train a small team of sales associates.
• Drive in‑store animation and ensure visual‑merchandising standards are met.
• Analyze sales performance and implement action plans.
