Strategic Finance Manager

About the role

This position offers a senior finance professional the chance to shape strategy, analytics, and growth for a fast‑moving technology company. Working fully remotely, you will partner with senior leadership, product teams, and operational stakeholders to turn complex financial data into actionable business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across multiple business units and growth initiatives.
• Conduct deep‑dive analyses on revenue trends, unit economics, customer performance, and operational KPIs.
• Own monthly business reviews and quarterly reporting, delivering recommendations for executive decision‑making.
• Build financial models, dashboards, and scenario analyses to support strategic initiatives, partnerships, acquisitions, and long‑term planning.
• Collaborate with leadership, marketing, sales, and operations to improve profitability and performance.
• Prepare executive‑ready presentations, memos, and reporting materials for board‑level discussions.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, management consulting, or related roles within high‑growth technology environments.
• Strong expertise in corporate and business‑unit financial planning, budgeting, and performance analysis.
• Experience with SaaS, software, B2C, or technology‑driven business models and recurring revenue dynamics.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and work cross‑functionally with executive teams.
