Supply Chain and Regulatory Compliance Intern

About the role

Labcorp is looking for a Supply Chain and Regulatory Compliance Intern to join its Resource Planning team in Geneva. The team sits within the Operations department and oversees the compliance of supplies distributed through kit production worldwide, working with the supply chain and regulatory compliance teams. The internship is Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (flexible to an 80% schedule), lasts 5-6 months and starts preferably in January 2026; it is a paid internship.

Key responsibilities

• Build a roadmap and define an operational process for identifying and maintaining regulatory declarations for supplies distributed by the Supply Chain department, including medical devices, In Vitro Diagnostics devices and packaging.
• Map the regulatory landscape of supplies and match supply lists with their declaration requirements to support internal reference material and applicability assessments.
• Design applicability assessment and declaration processes for new supply chain materials, integrated with existing sourcing and distribution processes.
• Design the operational process for maintaining regulatory declarations, including documentation, declaration procedures and interactions with other departments.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program (a Master's degree is preferred).
• A degree majoring in Regulatory Affairs, Regulatory Science, Supply Chain Management or Operations Management is preferred.
• Student eligible for an internship agreement with a third party.
• Fluent in English.

• Interest in process mapping and document control.
• Ability to analyse regulations and turn them into operational requirements.
• Strong attention to detail, initiative and ability to work independently under general supervision.
• Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
