Supply Chain Coordinator – Full‑time or Part‑time (40‑60%)

About the role

GC International AG is looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join its Lucerne headquarters. The role can be performed full‑time or part‑time (40‑60 % of a standard week) and supports global supply‑chain operations for the dental‑care business.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end order processing between customers and vendors.
• Manage purchase orders, invoices and credit notes inside and outside SAP.
• Monitor shipping schedules, ensure timely deliveries and resolve IDOC errors.
• Act as liaison between factories, suppliers, regional sales organisations and internal customers.
• Align forecasts and net requirements with stakeholders and participate in planning, quality and production meetings.
• Maintain product and material master data in SAP and generate reports on inventory, back‑orders, KPIs, sales and purchases.
• Support monthly reconciliations with the accounting team.
• Assist the SAP S/4HANA rollout, process standardisation and system integration activities.
• Contribute to Kaizen and continuous‑improvement initiatives to optimise supply‑chain processes.
