Supply Chain Manager NPI

About the role

We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager NPI to join an international manufacturing organization in Winterthur, Switzerland. The role sits at the heart of new product development, acting as the primary Supply Chain interface between R&D, project teams, planning, and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Supply Chain activities throughout the New Product Introduction process, ensuring successful transition from development to production.
• Coordinate global Supply Chain requirements across international product development projects and act as the key interface between R&D, Project Management, Planning, Procurement and wider Supply Chain teams.
• Identify and manage risks related to components, availability, suppliers, lead times and production readiness.
• Embed Supply Chain considerations early within product development and launch planning, driving projects forward through structured planning and proactive problem solving.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Project Management, NPI, Product Development or a related function within an international manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience supporting or leading New Product Introduction/product launch projects and working closely with R&D.
• Strong technical understanding of electronics, especially components such as connectors and resistors.
• Fluent English required; German highly advantageous.
