Supply Chain Manager – SCM Process Lead

About the role

We are supporting a leading organization in Switzerland within the “Pandora” program to drive supply chain transformation. The SCM Process Manager will lead smaller projects and change requests, working closely with IT, SAP support and product management to ensure successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage smaller projects and change requests from a Supply Chain perspective.
• Collaborate closely with IT teams, SAP support, and product management.
• Create and maintain technical and user documentation.
• Support change management and stakeholder communication.
• Deliver user training and post‑go‑live hyper‑care support.
• Track incidents and coordinate solution resolution.
• Act as the single point of contact for Supply Chain‑related activities.

Required profile

• Proven project management experience.
• SAP experience at a minimum key‑user level.
• Experience in process design and optimization.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent English required; German is a plus.
