Supply Chain S&OP Data & Analytics Manager

About the role

Haleon is seeking an experienced Supply Chain S&OP Data & Analytics Manager to join its European Supply Chain team. The role drives operational excellence through data‑driven decision making across the end‑to‑end supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end S&OP and IBP analytics, delivering actionable insights and scenario evaluations.
• Develop and deliver monthly supply chain performance reporting for leadership, including inventory performance reviews, MPR and budget cycles.
• Coordinate operational commentary and performance inputs from stakeholders across European markets.
• Assess trade‑offs across service, inventory, capacity, cost and cash to support balanced decision making.
• Prepare and present inventory performance trends, risks, opportunities and recommendations in weekly and monthly governance forums.
• Drive robust inventory governance and identify opportunities to improve inventory health and working capital.

Required profile

• 5+ years' experience in supply planning, inventory management, supply chain analytics or operations.
• Background in FMCG, consumer healthcare, pharmaceutical or fast‑paced manufacturing environments.
• Strong analytical capability with experience interpreting complex datasets.
• Proven project and change management experience.
• Effective stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple functions and seniority levels.
