Supply Chain Specialist Material Compliance (m/f/d)

About the role

nemensis AG is recruiting a Supply Chain Specialist Material Compliance (m/f/d) for a temporary assignment at a pharmaceutical client's clinical manufacturing site in Schachen (LU), from 04.01.2027 to 31.12.2027. The site operates under strict GMP quality standards and works in a regulated environment. You will help keep material flows, supplier relationships and compliance processes running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update supplier qualification records so the system stays audit-ready
• Evaluate material-related changes from vendors or internal stakeholders and steer the quality change control process
• Coordinate material release timelines to ensure uninterrupted production availability
• Build strong, value-adding relationships with suppliers in your assigned material categories
• Prepare material specifications as part of qualification activities
• Work with tech transfer, procurement and manufacturing teams on material identification and supplier selection
• Support investigations, quality risk assessments and change controls on compliance topics
• Develop proposals and business cases for quality improvement initiatives

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, pharmacy or a related scientific field, or at least 3 years of relevant experience
• Background in quality operations, compliance or supply chain/operations in a pharmaceutical environment
• Excellent written and spoken English, able to communicate across all organisational levels
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills, analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset

Required skills

• Confident use of MS Office, particularly Excel
• SAP knowledge is a plus
