System Engineer

About the role

Eulitha is a Swiss deep‑technology company developing advanced lithography equipment for photonics applications. As a System Engineer you will lead the integration, testing and qualification of these tools, ensuring they meet performance targets from R&D prototypes through to factory and site acceptance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute calibration, measurement and testing procedures to characterize lithography tool performance.
• Analyze test and metrology results, produce technical documents, specifications and operation manuals.
• Manage and conduct Factory and Site Acceptance Tests (FAT/SAT) in close collaboration with internal and external partners.
• Provide feedback on system performance and stability to support ongoing development.
• Operate, diagnose and characterize tool functionality using advanced hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across mechanical, optical, electrical and software domains.
• Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to cleanroom protocols.

Required profile

• University degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, physics, mechatronics or a related technical field.
• Several years of hands‑on experience with high‑tech equipment, preferably in semiconductor or precision‑engineering environments.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities across multiple engineering domains.
• Willingness to travel globally for integration, qualification and acceptance support.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Experience with cleanroom protocols and semiconductor fab environments is a plus.
