About the role

Join Julius Baer’s virtual engine room to plan, design and operate the Automic (AWA/UC4) job scheduling platform, a core component of the bank’s critical processes.

Key responsibilities

Assure operation of system management infrastructure.
Provide on‑duty service and act as single point of contact.
Implement minor and major releases.
Perform infrastructure lifecycle activities.
Deliver 3rd‑level support for the AWA job scheduling platform.
Document operational know‑how.
Optimize and automate operation processes.
Act as technical lead for small IT projects.

Required profile

Job scheduling expertise in medium to large enterprise environments.
High expertise in Windows/Linux operating systems and Oracle database.
Strong scripting skills (Shell, Windows scripting, UC4 script).
Multi‑year experience as a senior AWA/UC4 administrator.
Engineering mindset.
ITIL Foundation certification.
Fluent in German and English.
