Job description
About the role
Cembra is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who manages end-to-end recruitment across its locations in Latvia and Switzerland. Beyond filling individual vacancies, the role strengthens the way the company recruits by expanding sourcing channels and specialist agency partnerships, and works closely with hiring managers and HR teams in both locations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full recruitment cycles from hiring-manager briefings and initial screening through candidate conversations, interview coordination and signed contracts.
- Actively source specialist and business-critical roles according to evolving business needs.
- Work with the Zurich and Riga HR teams and hiring managers to align priorities, clarify responsibilities and keep recruitment moving across both locations.
- Improve recruiting processes, tools and interview formats, using practical, AI-supported methods where they add value and ensuring a consistent, positive candidate experience.
- Track hiring progress and pipeline health using measures such as time-to-hire, sourcing effectiveness and agency performance to identify bottlenecks.
Required profile
- At least 3 years of in-house and/or agency recruitment experience, with a solid understanding of technical roles.
- Experience recruiting in Latvia or the wider Baltic market, with a strong understanding of recruitment trends and talent-market dynamics.
- Ability to act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, manage several vacancies and stakeholders across locations, and communicate clearly and transparently.
- A hands-on mindset, with proven success implementing process improvements.
Required skills
- Strong active-sourcing skills, including building pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
- Proficiency in written and spoken German and English.
- Knowledge of modern recruitment tools.
What we offer
- A positive working atmosphere and a smooth, personal onboarding.
- A fair, non-gender-dependent wage and attractive benefits, plus subject-specific further training, language training or MS Office training.
- Flexible working arrangements, up to 40% from home.
- An international environment with people from over 40 nations.
