Talent Acquisition Specialist – Medical Billing Expert

About the role

This full‑time remote position combines hands‑on medical billing expertise with talent acquisition to source, assess and place revenue‑cycle professionals for U.S. physical, occupational and speech therapy practices.

Key responsibilities

• Source and build pipelines of qualified medical billing and RCM candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and direct outreach.
• Conduct technical screening calls to evaluate candidates’ full‑cycle billing experience, payer knowledge, EMR and clearinghouse usage.
• Administer role‑specific skills assessments, score candidates and flag inconsistencies.
• Match candidates to practice needs by understanding payer mix, workflow and technology platforms.
• Coordinate hiring activities, present shortlists, arrange interviews and support offer and onboarding processes.
• Refine assessment methods and share recruitment insights with leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on medical billing covering the full revenue cycle.
• Strong knowledge of payer requirements, EOB interpretation, claim denial reasons and appeals.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication, strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Reliable home office with stable internet and a quiet professional workspace.
