About the role
Actalent is seeking a Talent Associate to identify, engage and match high-quality candidates to client requirements. This entry‑level recruitment position is ideal for someone motivated by people, relationships and results.
Key responsibilities
- Source, screen and present candidates to meet client needs.
- Conduct in‑depth interviews to assess skills, experience and cultural fit.
- Manage the full consultant lifecycle from offer through onboarding and assignment start.
- Prepare candidates for interviews and support them through the offer process.
- Build long‑term relationships with candidates and consultants, understanding their career goals.
- Collaborate with sales colleagues to understand role requirements and share market insights.
- Maintain daily activity targets and use CRM tools to document work.
Required profile
- Customer service, recruitment or sales‑focused experience.
- Experience in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
- Strong interest in recruitment and relationship building.
- Resilient, proactive and results‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
